[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Top shelf plastic edging cracked open after less than a year. Quick response for warranty replacement but it arrived damaged worse than the original. Waiting on second replacement to arrive, fingers crossed.

Stainless door dents very easily. Ordered a new door and it came out of the box with dents. Very disturbing.

Had this fridge for 3 years now and it's now stopped running. I have a fridge full of food going bad, a week away from trash day, and the whole weekend before the LG repair shop closest to me will open.

We bought this item because we thought LG was a good brand. Boy did we make a mistake. Never again will we have an LG product in our house. For the price we paid, we expected it to last longer than it did.
