I bought a French door LG fridge about 6 years ago
I purchased a French door LG about 6 years ago it suddenly stopped working...cannot be fixed!!....So mad and disappointed!!...Will probably never purchase another LG fridge again!!....

Compressor failed at 5.5 year mark. Bad quality. Apparently there's a known issue with the compressors in the LG's.

When the refrigerator came through the door it was dented in several places I was offered 100.00 refund. I said come get it and bring new I was told this could not happen. The refrigerator did not last a year and a half. It broke around thanksgiving food spoiled and when contacting you I was told I needed proof of purchase. I contacted the store where purchased and was told a receipt could not be printed. So here I am still stuck with a non working refrigerator. I
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This LG refrigerator is not good. I've had it just over 6 years, already has 3 compressors, 1 condenser, 1 evaporator replaced. The parts are under warranty but labor cost a lot money. I think I made a big mistake when I bought this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really disappointed. We bought an LG fridge. The fridge never cooled down. LG sent a tech out to fix it. The fridge continued to not work. Now we are on our own.
