I know a lot of people don't like the ice maker but so far we have not had any problems. I am loving my new appliances and having the easy access door has been super great. The alarm to let you know the door has been left on is super great. Now if you all can make a scanner for the food items to let us know when they need to be thrown away we will have nothing to worry about!

I especially love the bin for ice in the freezer compartment. I never run out of ice because I keep this full. The door alarm is great so my Grandson never forgets to close the door. He uses the door in door for his personal snacks which keeps him out of the main refrigerator sections. I can see everything and easily find anything I am looking for.

Great refrigerator

We looked for six months for a replacement that would fit in the space we had and provide adequate storage. It is great. Quiet, has abundant space both in the freezer and in the refrigerator compartments. Plus it has the LG quality to go along with it. Very happy. Have had it 3 months now.

since purchasing this fridgeno problems . It has lots of roomy shelves. Freezer just as roomy for our family needs. Overall I'd recommend this fridge with top freezer for those who dislike bottom freezers.

Love, love, love this refrigerator

We love everything about our new refrigerator. The triple drawer freezer is more than ample room for our needs, the door-in-door feature keeps us from constantly opening the doors just for something to drink and we just discovered the collapsible top shelf for larger containers. We've never had a refrigerator that allows us to keep our items so well organized and easy to retrieve. This fridge is a winner in every sense of the word.

This refrigerator is an upgrade in disguise...

We had a 36" side-by-side that was acting up so we decided to replace it before it died and we lost hundreds of dollars in groceries. Our budget is limited so getting a french door was out and we were not thrilled with the space our old refrigerator offered, so we decided to go old school and get a budget and energy friendly top freezer refrigerator. When we got this refrigerator home and transferred all of our food that barely fit in our side-by-side this fridge looked empty. It is so spacious. Once again we can fit sheet cakes and platters in the refrigerator! The freezer is large too, but it is harder to keep it organized. The lighting is bright. We love having 2 crispers and the drawer where we can keep our deli stuff.

We have always had to use a second refrigerator to hold additional food if we had company, especially on holidays.
Not anymore. The refrigerator space is endless, regardless of how many guests we invite. It is also very quiet and looks great.

We are very pleased with this item. It has awesome lighting with the LED .. (star trek lights) we call them now... There is plenty of room on the shelves and the door storage is the best that we have ever seen. Even the bottom shelf on the door is wide enough to be useful. The freezer is spacious as well. The drawers are handy and also spacious. The first one was defective, but a new one was brought out ASAP to replace it and we are delighted with our purchase.
