Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator six months ago. I love every feature about it except one. I am already getting scratches on it. They are small ones but they are scratches. I would not recommend the black stainless steel because of it. We don't have any little kids around and I have tried to be very careful but still seeing scratches. I am worried about what it will look like two, three years down the road. If I could exchange it I would. Disappointed in the quality of the black stainless steel. Love the frig not the coating.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love My New LG Refrigerator!

Lots of room,love the Led lighting,no smudge exterior,quiet running machine.Only had it about 2 months, but glad I waited for this model, the no handles took some getting used to at first.Great appliance I highly recommend it!

Excellent temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I had no problem with the freezer door not closing or opening. It must be that my First, I have no problem with the freezer door not closing well, it must be that my floor is well leveled
The fridge can maintain the recommended temperatures between 35F to 40F by setting the thermostat to 4 lights
Be aware that the coldest section of the section is the bottom shelf .
Even at 35F i did not find any spot inside the fridge at freezing temperatures, as it happened with my old fridge.
The cold distribution inside is outstanding, food will maintain fresh longer and reduce waste.

I have a digital room thermostat inside permanently, so I can monitor the increase of temperature when the fridge is open too frequently. I try not to let it go over 40F.
This is an Energy Saver appliance, so the cooling will not start as frequently as my old fridge. Try to keep doors open at a minimum.

I buy more veggies than an average household , so I keep a couple of plastic transparent shoe boxes type of containers to have additional space for veggies. Veggies need to be in airtight containers, contrary to fruits, which need breathing.
Last but not least, the black stainless door is unique, imparts a modern look to my kitchen, is non magnetic, so is free of clutter and looks extremely nice.
It will not leave fingerprints, and if it gets dirty for any reason, it is easily cleaned with a wet cloth

Great fridge for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our LG fridge, love the 3rd row on the inside door. Also the small drawer, which we use for eggs, and cheese. The only thing would be, if you have kids, it makes a lot of finger prints. It cleans up easily, however.
