[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit looks nice and cleans up easily. It runs constantly with the settings at 39 for fridge and -1 for the freezer. You can hear it running in just about every room in the house. The top drawer section of freezer has a constant layer of frost on everything. Was told by a repair person that my complaints are normal for this unit. Thats the way it is. Bought a suite of LG products glad we got the extended warranty.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the exact same refrigerator that broke after 3 1/2 years. It could have been repaired (it was the condenser) but parts were unavailable. That is the downside of this company obviously. I highly recommend buying the warranty. We were given this new refrigerator so I'm not complaining. Counterdepth is preferable in some kitchens but it does mean a smaller refrigerator. Shop with care and don't overload the fridge. It is bright and easy to keep clean. My old one was so clean it looked like a floor model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this French door LG fridge for a couple of weeks now and are very pleased. Beautiful design, plenty of room, love the French door access. I had read a few reports about the ice maker not being adequate for some people, but it is perfectly adequate for us. We store extra ice in the bin in the freezer and the upper unit for ice on the door makes plenty for us. I also like the ice makers space saving design. Temperature control is great, we like the door and drawer storage. A complete hit with us and big improvement over our side by side kitchen aid.

Other than that I love how it looks, how much it holds, and the extra ice bin so you don’t run out. Overall it’s a great fridge for the money!

Runs quietly, perfect amount of space, love the ice maker in the door, everything seems much more organized than other refrigerators that we have had.
