[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I started looking for a new refrigerator I searched for one that had handles similar to my built-in double oven -- not a great reason to pick a certain refrigerator, but they are right next to each other, soooo. When I found the LG, I was confident in the quality of the product because I own an LG TV that I love.
I have to say that since my former refrigerator was a side-by-side, I am still getting used to a french door model with the freezer below, but I am so impressed with the amount of usable space in both the refrigerator and freezer, especially for a counter-depth, that I have very quickly become a big fan!
We have a kitchen that is open to the family room. The refrigerator is so quiet, we don't hear it running and only on occasion hear the ice maker, but that's very quiet, too. The ice and water dispenser allow space for a pitcher and it seems that ice cubes are replenished quickly.
All-in-all I believe that I made an excellent choice purchasing this LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features are basic, but very good ones. Digital panel is VERY user friendly. Doors are super heavy duty and can hold alot of weight. Freezer is large and easy to keep organized. Temperatures stay constant and magnetic seals are tough. We are 3 adults with 4 kids ranging from 3ys to 11yrs and this fridge has worked out great for us. (Oh yeah, there's also a control lock so the little ones cant play with the buttons)
