[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge 3 years ago. It is a good fridge except for the cooling issue which has now been corrected. The finish scratches easily but the fridge looks great.

I was repaired within 2 weeks at not cost to us. With the exception of having to purchase a small replacement unit until the repairs could be made, we are still happy with this product and service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item about 3 years ago. I have had some cooling issues with it. This large appliance did need parts ordered and repairs all during our 2020 pandemic. But LG did handle my dilemma with respect for me as a nervous customer: no working fridge for 10days and having a stranger working on the appliance in my home! They took great precautions.

Great but one big drawback

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our four year old refrigerator. But at about the four year mark, it stopped cooling completely. We had to wait 3 weeks for it to be fixed under warranty. Major inconvenience. But so saying, it is a very nice appliance.
