Love the lower out freezer with multiple drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This French door format works wonderfully for our family - and the freezer is marvelous! The warranty is great - a compressor had to be replaced and the entire process was pain and expense free!!

Love my refrigerator, the features and its look

Called for service, within a week, service man came promptly at time instructed. Repaired refrigerator , replaced compressor, within 2 hours I was back in business. Great service, I will most definitely purchase another LG product. Very satisfied.

A huge piece of garbage! Not even joking

I am not even sure I can put into words what a nightmare this refrigerator has been... it worked well for like 6months maybe. We’ve had it repaired more times than I can count and even better the parts take so long the warranty company actually brings us a loaner fridge to use over the holidays since nothing stays cold. I also have to say not this holiday though! The parts have been in order since March of 2020 and guess what,.. LG still doesn’t have them so my refrigerator continues to drip water out constantly. We actually have water drip marks etched in stainless it’s been going on so long and i love having to keep a towel in my fridge to catch the water and on the floor so people don’t slip in the tile. Still want an LG fridge? Think again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It happened just before Xmas which is such an inconvenience for myself and LG to get repairs. After maybe a week, LG had a contractor out to fix my fridge and they were very professional and quick to make the repair. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Tons of great features but the compressor failed

It was everything we wanted and had all the bells and whistles my wife wanted, double doors, water and ice machine, pull out freezer, etc. Fast forward to dec 2020, our compressor failed. Now normally I’d rate this with a 2-3 star but because it was in warranty and how great customer service was, we were able to get a tech out and fix it for us. The tech was great, on time and answered all my questions. He fixed it up and even told me let him know if we have any issues.
