[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a refrigerator from the 1980s. Things were always getting list & forgotten, because I couldn't see them. I also have back problems & having to bend so low to find things was painful. With my new refrigerator everything is at eye level & easy to reach. Ice & water in the door is a HUGE bonus. Is it possible to love a refrigerator?

Also had to pay for a new water line installation because that was damaged as a result of the compressor issue but was not covered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor went out after less than 5 years from when I bought it new. They have no one to fix it under the parts warranty so I am now using a minifridge to get by.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it about a month ago to replace a larger LG refrigerator that failed. With the shortage, we had to get this one or start to lose food. I do like that this one is overall a better quality than the previous one although I might prefer the larger capacity especially in the veggie/fruit bins. We use lots of salads and veggies so I've had to get creative with their storage. That is the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts. We love the large capacity door storage for large drink items and the clear drawer and shelf fronts. It makes it much easier to find things. Also the ice maker doesn't clog up and the water dispenser doesn't squirt out too fast like the old one did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the refrigerator for 5 1/2 years. In that time I’ve replaced the fan, compressor and water filter housing. The light for the freezer does not go on.
