Recently, I experienced issues with the refrigerator compressor, whereby the cooler and freezer compartments wouldn't chill. I contacted LG; customer service stood behind their product and repaired the refrigerator free of charge. Thank you LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product in 11/2015 had to replace the compressor with in the first six months, have had numerous other problems just had to replace the ice maker due to a design defect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water distributor is poorly designed. Slanted at the top and frequently squirts away from the glass. Lots of water to wipe up. The ice cubes are small and don't seem to stay cold for long so don't keep drinks as cold as they should. The stainless finish is hard to clean--if there is a deep smudge, after cleaning there is a lighter area where we rubbed the smudge that stays in place. The unit developed a loud noise and had to have fan reparied after only 3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed counter depth refrigerator in order for our kitchen to not be taken over by the fridge. I worried initially that it would be big enough but find it to not be a problem. My only wish is that the produce drawers were a little more spacious. I love the interior design of the freezer and the ice maker works well. It doesn't get clogged up or "frozen".
