[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for almost four years and it's been good. We needed a counter depth fridge and while it costs a little more than the average depth fridge, this works perfectly for the space we have and it doesn't block the walkway at all.
See class action lawsuit - I was advised not to replace the compressor since the defective parts are being used as replacement and it would just happen again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this refrigerator but there has been 3 times the unit stopped cooling. LG has always repaired the unit but it has resulted in the loss of a lot of food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for six years, and it has some annoying flaws: the ice dispenser spits cubes onto our hardwood floor and drips water. The freezer door seldom seals properly, causing the freezer to ice up severely. Worst of all, the compressor failed on Mothers Day morning, ruining our day and costing a chunk of money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a problem with our refrigerator not getting cold. We called LG and they sent out a repair technician. He got our refrigerator working and gave us some suggestions. We were very happy with the repair and the nice technician who came out to fix it
