[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator over 4 trs ago. Had an issue with compressor not cooling. LG sent out a tech and was charged nothing for parts and labor. Great customer service and was helped everytime I called.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the refrigerator for about 3 years. We like the counter depth to minimize size in our smaller kitchen. Ice maker works well and quickly. Just a couple improvements would be great. Even though there are 3 separate compartments in the freezer, the bottom compartment still gets disorganized and we need to dig to see what is in there. Also, a gallon of milk will not fit in the door. Vegetable / fruit bins also will not hold longer items like celery and longer cucumbers.

We’ve had some issues in which the refrigerator has stopped working and so has the freezer. We have had to scrap the entire contents of refrigerator twice and start over. That’s pretty frustrating.

I have had this fridge for 3.5 years. Called for service from LG. The compressor has been replaced twice. I haven’t had a working drive for over three weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the counter depth... will only get counter depth moving forward. It is very spacious and easy to clean. Unfortunately, the compress died on year 5 exactly. Fortunately, it was still under warranty. I bought the entire LG kitchen suite as it part of a larger remodel. Will buy LG again.
