I purchased this model in 2016 and in less than two years the cooling issues started. The compressor had to be replaced and just about every month ice and frost builds up and needs to be defrosted. This is an ongoing issue still today in 2021.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought this fridge 5 years ago and it has been a dream refrigerator. I like the look, the ability to arrange the shelves as I need them and the space saving ice maker.
I bought it 4 years ago within this time, the motor had to be changed twice, the first time was the refrigerator was only a year old, second time was recently also the ice maker a couple of times, the computer etc I was lucky I got an extended warranty and they covered all parts an labor, but I don't know what is going to happen when I lose my 5 year warranty

He ordered the part my refrigerator needed ahead of time so we wouldn't have to wait longer. He completed the repair and made us feel comfortable if we had additional concerns. Very happy with my repair!!!
