Exacta had this for 6 years. I have became an expert of taking the back panel of inside of the fridge to defrost the unit. Probably do it every 5-6 months. Kids and I have a routine to get it done in 50-60 minutes. Today it died. No cold air. Wish it just wash a block of ice behind the panel

Less than 5 years old compressor died!

Our refrigerator is on our boat. Extremely difficult to move from its space and work on. We never thought on a new boat we would have to deal with this. Everything lost! The freezer was full to the brim of fish from the Bahamas! Loved the refrigerator before this. Devastating! Never again! Don't buy one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator in 2017 and it stopped working in April. The features of this refrigerator were great, very roomy for a counter depth model. The shelves on the doors were deep which allowed me to store tall skinny containers without fear of them falling out when I opened the door. The water dispenser was placed a little oddly, the ice dispenser location was great and provided ample ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator. although I am glad that I took out an extended warranty since the compressor broke after just three years. It is now working well again. I love the extra drawers and the shelf movement if you buy something tall and need extra space. I would recommend it to a friend but would tell them to buy extended warranty. I also bought an LG stove, dishwasher. and microwave in black stainless at the same time. So far after 3 years no issues with them.
