[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I believe this is a good, well built unit. If you are elderly, operations may be somewhat confusing. Recent experience with ice dispenser issues, I learned there were no LG approved/licensed organizations. But overall, this unit has met all of our needs. Would recommend considering ownership.

In addition to the tiny ice storage capacity, 2 of my units have had several freezer and ice issues. 1 unit is just out if warranty, and I am unable to find anyone to repair/replace the auger moter. LG sent me to companies that do not even work on their units. Very frustrated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator almost 3 years ago. I love the counter depth because it is not so deep that I lose food in the back of the rerigerator. The only thing I don't like about that is that I have less room in the fruit and veggie drawers, so my produce doesn't all fit and I end up putting some on the shelves instead. The ice maker is nice and is usually enough for our family of 4, but not when we have guests (we live in a hot dry climate). I like the ice bin down below that we can fill with more ice as needed. The control panel is great and has held up nicely.
