[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for 3 years. In July 2020 we had to replace the compressor. 2 weeks ago it happened again. Sometime ago the ice maker had to be replaced. Best thing about it is we got the extended warranty, so we didn't pay. The customer service person at LG mentioned there was a class action suit about this. Even with the warranty we were operating out of an ice chest for 2 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had since 2017 and have had no problems until two weeks ago. Compressor went out. Luckily, this was covered by a recall issue and I will receive food loss reimbursement as well.

Worked great for 6 months. Then had error code. There has been 8 or more services regarding the same issue. And after 2 years it has not been resolved.
