[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this 2 years. It has quit cooling twice resulting in hundreds of dollars of food having to be thrown away. It had to have a new compressor and other parts. I have not had the use of this fridge for 1 week each time it quit cooling. Not good!!!

Was happy it was fixed under Warranty but ten days is too long to go without a fridge. Kinda think LG knows these Linear compressors from 2017-2018 were a bad design but did not want to recall. My repair tech had “several” on his truck!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my LG frig since Autumn 2014 & am extremely disappointed. I've had at least 5 - 7 service calls (even had senior tech designers from LG drop in) for the first call. If it's not the ice maker, its the compressor or not freezing or not cooling or loud noise or leaking. It's been a most disturbing experience. I would find it difficult if not impossible for me to consider purchasing another LG kitchen product & would seriously consider not purchasing laundry products. LG should stick to TVs & similar electronic products as their household items are sub standard in my humble opinion. Thanx for the opportunity to feedback.

Our refrigerator less 3 years old needed serice call for repair. LG team had schedules setup week later the parts to be arrived ahead and before LG service tech arrival. Refrigerator is operating 100%.
