Both refrigerator and freezer died after 3 years

I bought this 3 years and 2 days ago, only to have to have it fail in just over 3 years. All of my food is spoiled, and waiting for service for 5 days now. Never again will I buy an LG product

So far the repair guy has replaced everything that is needed to make it cool and freeze things. Hopefully it stays running now

Poorly made product. Not built to last.

Once it broke down totally and LG factory trained technician was unable to fix, they hired an outside company to fix it. NOw it works great!. In fact better than it did when it was new 3.5 years ago. The product was under warranty thankfully.
