[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for 4 years now and have loved every minute of it. We even recommended to friends and they purchased the same or similar LG model refrigerators. BUT...now it has stopped working! We had the factory repair guy out once and it worked for few days, but has now stopped again. He is available via text so he's aware and is coming back...we love this fridge and hope he can get it to work reliably.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our ice maker and water dispenser ceased to function. Initially, the repairman said the water line was clogged. He was correct and after we had that fixed, we still had no ice dispenser or water. He came back again and determined it was a defective part. It was ordered and he was back in about 6 days. It's all fixed now and we are thrilled!
After only 3 years, this appliance requires a new compressor and new fan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible! I had this refrigerator for only a year and it’s not cooling at ALL! I’ve been giving the run around for 3 weeks now and I’m still without a refrigerator!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stainless steel refrigerator three and half years ago. The compressor went up and no problem with their Five year warranty. The service was outstanding!!!
