There was one issue with the condenser but LG sent a technician out immediately and the repair was done. The fast response by LG when a problem occurred is why I am so positive. They had the parts shipped overnight to my home. The technician came the next day and all was done within a couple of hours. That kind of response is essential.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Refrigerator in 2014 as it was a great looking refrigerator with lots of good features and had one of the largest sq feet for a counter depth. Unfortunately - we did hear that the compressors go on these - which mine did in 2019. Then in 2021 - all of the fans died around the same time. Finding a repairman to fix LG products is tough as they are known to be difficult to fix. My freezer/ice fan has been repaired twice and has broken down again.

Bought an LG fridge 3 years ago...piece of junk! Have replaced the compressor 2 times along with an ice maker and fresh food condenser. Would not recommend any LG products!

But it has been 3 weeks without a refrigerator and we don't have any idea when it will be fixed. Likely to be several weeks more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks and works great. The interior is very easy to clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the freezer draw doesn't pull out far enough; making it difficult to reach items on the top-level drawer.

I think this fridge is really nice. My only complaint is that after four years the compressor went out on it. It appears that this is a common problem for LG refrigerators
