2 and 1/2 years. That one took 13 days to repair. 1 and 1/2 years later, that compressor quit. 2 months ago the second compressor quit! It’s on its third compressor and evaporator after only 5 1/2 years. Each time I lost the food in the fridge and freezer. Three other service calls for smaller issues. This one is a lemon and I will not recommend this LG product. I won’t buy another LG product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 3 ½ years. Three weeks ago it fully crapped out - no cooling. LG’s repair service tech came out and virtually rebuilt the frig under warranty - new compressor, condenser, etc. Took about three hours. It’s been doing fine since and the tech was very good. We love the features: double doors, pull out freezer drawer, in-door water and ice. But a 3+ year life is a little scary.
