Worst appliance I have ever owned

I have had this for 8 years. In the first 5 years all of the following failed: compressor, mother board/panel, evaporator, thermostat. In the 7th year the ice maker fell apart. In the 8th year it is leaking water inside the fridge, freezing and blocking vents so it stops cooling, defrosting and melting the ice and getting water everywhere….on repeat. We ordered a new fridge that will arrive in 3 days. It is NOT another LG. This model is a total lemon.

Best refrigerator

This is the best refrigerator that we have EVER owned. The french doors and slim ice maker make this the most versatile fridge. Its easy to use with lots of space and storage. We replace a 42" built in fridge with this one and we are so happy with the quality, look and ease of use. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We've had our LG fridge for about 6 weeks. We really like it. It looks good in our kitchen and the interior lighting is really nice. The water from the dispensers in our previous fridges always had an unpleasant, plastic taste and we never used them. Not the case with this one. We regularly drink the water and some family members prefer it to our other filtered drinking water. The only issue with this fridge so far, and it's minor, is the small size, particularly depth, of the "Fruits & Vegetables" drawers. They're only about 10 inches deep (front to back). So no celery! I would think that a single large drawer, or two drawers, would have been better than the three small ones. However, overall we're pleased with our LG fridge purchase.
Pros: con: small veggie storage. no celery!

Great choice. Large capacity for a counter depth

Looks great in the kitchen. High quality finish. The capacity is greater than anticipated. Only issue is the refrigerator slants noticeably toward the back. The front rollers cannot be retracted to lessen the slant. I was told this is by design.
