4.5 Years - Stopped Working

After 4.5 years the fridge has stopped working! Ice maker has had been degrading over the past two years and stopped producing ice a month ago. Not Happy!

We had it for less than 2 years and it went out while we were out of town and lost everything in our refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I purchased this product back in 2015 and it was I stalled January 2016. First problem was an ice maker issue in 1/2017. Ice buildup in ice dispenser door. Got it fixed. Ongoing ice buildup requiring defrosting of fridge 2-3 times per year. Last month compressor went out completely. Required warranty repair. LG covered the compressor but needed my own extended warranty to cover repair. Two days later my ice and water stopped working. Needed a new valve. Thankful I purchased an extended warranty or I would have bought a new refrigerator
