I've had mine almost 4 years. It has died three times and I've had costly repairs plus the loss of a fridge full of food X 2. What happened to the fridges that lasted for 40yrs????

Every since we purchased this refrigerator, we have had problems with the compressor, coils, compressor and freon leaks (that can only be seen when a repair person removed the back of the appliance

I love the way it looks and how well it fits in my kitchen. I wasn't happy when the compressor quit working, but when I called to let you, all know, you had someone out here in two days and it was fixed, Thank You ! Now I can enjoy my beautiful refrigerator again.
Three years and six months...that is how long it took for the compressor to fail. I expected LG to be a better product. Very disappointed with the product. When it worked I was satisfied with the refrigerator.

I do really like the refrigerator, but it went out after 4 years. Refrigerators used to last a lot longer. Its taking a long time to get the repair done, and I still hope we have no problem getting reimbursed from the warranty.
