I bought it in 2015, not happy with it. Having all kind of issues.

We've had this fridge for 3.5 years and have had to have it repaired 4 times. Fan assembly. Compressor. Compressor again along with condenser and both cooling systems. Now waiting for repair of ice maker fan. Repair man said LG are the best out there even with these problems. Hoping it will get fixed and I can resume normal life.

I bought this frig 4 years ago. The motor went out recently but the manufacture covered the warranty and replaced the parts. Overall, decent product

LG won't answer emails for warranty

Installed new in early 2016. Looks like compressor failed in 2020. LG sent an email telling me what I needed to send them for a claim. I have all the info needed, they just haven't answered any emails. Luckily I have a second refer in basement.

Functional wise this is a good refrigerator. However, compressor died in 3 years of normal usage which is unacceptable.
