Fridge had a class action law suite for faulty compressors. Charging us 375 just to come look at it is absolutely ridiculous. You can buy a 50 inch 4k lg tv for that price .. Using your customers you wronged to pay lawyers. It's disgusting and I'll never buy or recommend lg products again. Ever.

In the middle of having to wait weeks for repair parts to arrive for the failing sealed system of this fridge to get the proper use out of this overly priced, cheap and shoddy made machine.!

Constant problems

This refrigerator barely lasted 6 years. We had issues with it for the last four. Ice maker leaks. Frost buildup in the freezer. Failure to maintain proper freezer temperature. I cannot recommend this refrigerator to anyone.

I bought this refrigerator less than 5 years and have already had to replace the compressor! This is shameful!

Bought this refrigerator in 06/2018 and the freezer died in January 2022. Bought a new and larger LG refrigerator model # LRFDS3016S . Much larger and more features but after only 10 months the in the door ice maker has malfunctioned. Waiting for repair service now. Very disappointed with both refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a compressor problem with our refrigerator. Mr Han was punctual, put down a plastic guard to protect our wood flooring, and worked diligently and quietly the entire time. He was also polite anf succinct in answering our questions. It was indeed a very postive experience unlike others that we have had. Kudos to Samuel Han!
