[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this frig for a little over 4 years and was very happy with the look, function and features. I love that I can get water out of one spout and ice out of another so I can easily get both with one hand without having to switch modes. I love that I can get ice and water from the outside and I like that the freezer has three compartments with one being a thin slide out tray where I can keep small items. Everything was great until the compressor went and it took a total of six service visits over the course of two+ weeks to get it repaired. It was, however, all covered under the original warranty so at least cost was not a factor....except for hundreds of dollors of spoiled food.

We bought the refrigerator a while back and the compressor went out. You guys got us new compressor and parts very quickly and the refrigerator is running well and we are very happy about LG for taking such good care of us.

We bought this unit back in May of 2018 when we moved from CA to TX and has worked very well. We did recently replace the compressor but it was under warranty and I only paid the service call. The unit is easy to clear, and we love the large bottom freezer. So much better than a side to side.

We’ve only had the fridge about 4.5 years. Tech said all LG fridge compressors were bad. Said we should replace with another brand. However, called LG based on bad compressor and they had an LG tech specialist scheduled to come out within 15 hours and diagnosed the problem, had replacement on truck. Said the new compressors were good and should not have any reoccurring issues. I hope that’s true. Gave me his personal cell number if I have any issues. Quick, informative and excellent customer service. Fingers crossed we have no issues for a very long time.
