Terrible experience. Your cs rep told me to unplug my refrigerator for 48 hours and plug it back if to see if that resolved my issue. Assuming you record calls for training purposes, I’d strongly suggest you listen to the call and conduct some training.

Ran great for 6 years and then failed. Evaporator coils leaked and required new coils, compressor and other parts. Repair cost is greater than buying a new and comparable refrigerator. I am buying a new one, but definitely will not be LG

I initially thought this was a great refrigerator but when the compressor broke, it cost me approximately $1200 to fix it as well as losing all the food in the refrigerator and freezer.

Broke down already, had to replace the compressor. LG covered the parts Finish is coming off the front around the ice maker. Expected better...,
