Love the fridge but it already died once

We bought this fridge about five years ago and it's been great. Til one day last month when it just stopped cooling. It was down for five days over a holiday weekend. But LG was great... they got Chris out, the BEST service tech ever, who replaced several components in the back of the unit... compressor, the gas in the large bag, and other parts I don't recall.
After a few hours with Chris on the scene, it was back to new and working great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the design and looks. We rate it as poor because of the issues that we have had in the short time that we have had it.
We had had issues with the ice maker and a couple of drawers. The biggest issue is that it has had problems with cooling in the refrigerator and freezer. We have had to replace the compressor 2 times and it’s not cooling again so we may have to replace it a third time.

Big Disappointment

This refrigerator was in our home when we moved in two years ago. We were satisfied with it until three weeks ago when the compressor failed. Due to the expense and inconvenience of repairing it we decided to replace it, and NOT with an LG, because a refrigerator should be built to last more than six or seven years.
