[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice size even cooling, shelving and drawers are much lower quality than my previous LG fridge which only lasted 7 years. Only reason for a LG purchase again is due to the largest cu ft for a counter depth fridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerato 8 yrs ago. Have had a couple of service calls on some drainline freezeups. However. the most prominent issue became a 100% compressor failure. Much to our surprise. After checking LG's customer support line, we found out they were honoring a class action suit on that compressor for a 10 yr period beyond purchase date. So needless to say we were offered free parts and would only have to pay for service to install. Kudos to LG for taking on that responsibility way beyond the normal. THANKS!!!

Ive had multiple repairs and each time they tell me not to buy lg. they are built to break

6 years of quality so far. Excellent usability, Excellent, quiet performance. Easy to maintain. The one time that we have needed warranty service, our customer service experience with LG was exceptionally positive. Definitely want to purchase LG for our next refrigerator--but as well as this refrigerator has operated, that may be quite a while from now!
