Fridge only lasted 7 years. Older style fridge lasted 20 plus years. Compressor went and is very costly to have replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were really happy with this product until about a month ago. It had the all too common compressor issue. LG covered the part, but I was stuck paying over 600.00 in labor costs. The new compressor lasted 4 days before dying as well. That one was replaced free of charge, but who knows how much life is left in this new compressor. Is it 5 days, or 5 years? Time will tell…

I owned this refrigerator for six (6) years and the compressor failed. The repairman made three (3) attempts to repair it. It worked for two (2) days each time and then died.

I will never buy another LG products, they may look good but very poor quality and when they go bad company don’t want to fix them

Have loved this refrigerator! No areas that freeze items, easy ice and water dispensers, lots of storage for produce, adjustable shelves and lots of storage in the doors. Enjoy having the freezer below the fridge, never had one like this before. I was so disappointed when it developed a problem, but LG service was awesome and within another day a service man came out and had us up and going with a new compressor. Sooo pleased with the warranty!!

My LG refrigerator it’s a nice looking and it works with Customer Service and the extended warranty is a must of this product as they have changed my compressor out several times and also the icemaker but the service tech from Lg was awesome would definitely recommend
