NOISE - Error Codes - water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the fridge for slightly more then a year. Constant noise and sometimes error codes appear. Defrosted fridge about 5 times, started using a knife to get rid of the ice. Followed instructions, but that didn't help. Getting ready to purchase another fridge, as this one it basically junk, and I've owned fridges that never had as much problems as this one in one year.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ice maker freezing up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with apparent design flaw, had door assembly replaced 3 months ago, leaking again. Warranty expires in October. Im afraid we are in trouble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm very happy with this refrigerator. Works well and looks great. LED lighting just looks great. My wife was concerned about fingerprints showing up stainless steel. This has not proven to be an issue. For the most part we only touch the handles and fingerprints don't seem to appear on them.
At first I thought the ice make bin was too small. But now I realize it is just about right. Previous refrigerator had a huge ice bin, I can not think of anytime I ever used that much ice. It would just get old and stale causing me to have to toss it out periodically.
One minor issue: a small piece of ice formed on ice maker shutoff arm stopping it. Very easy to clear once I read the manual. Only occurred once so it could have been fluke. Been nice if there was a little notice near it to warn the user to keep it clear of ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 14 months ago and my defroster already broke. The refrigerator builds up lots of ice in the back of the drawers where the vents are located.

3-Door French Door Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a vast improvement over our previous side by side refrigerator. I give it a 4.5 out of five.
I very much like the two pull-out upper freezer drawers. The only thing I would like to see improved in the freezer is to have vertical adjustable slats in the two large lower freezer drawers. They would eliminate the necessity to stack food on top of each other and instead provide the ability to store food side by side where you could easily see what is stored in the drawers.
I don't have any suggestions for the upper part of the refrigerator. I like all of the shelves and door storage areas. The numerous drawers and various sizes on the 2-door storage areas makes it easy to organize food in a way that makes it easy to find. The temperature control throughout the refrigerator and freezer is consistent and excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent a little more on a counter depth refrigerator because it gave me more room in the kitchen. Therefore it cut down on the space inside but I'm still happy with how easily accessible everything is. I love being able to put large objects such as a gallon of milk, coffee creamer etc. in the door so I don't have to open both sides. The one thing I would maybe do different is the bottom freezer has two drawers & I would be happy with just one drawer and more room for larger objects. I do like the air filter to keep the refrigerator smelling fresh however that is another Expense along with the water filter when will need to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product installed 3 days ago. Excellent design in exterior and interior. Workmanship exceptional. however, there are design issues. According to the installer, the front wheels cannot be adjusted. This leaves the product 1/2 inch too tall to fit cabinetry due to the top hinges. LG apparently does not make a lower profile hinge which would resolve the issue. Icemaker is a tad small. Yes, I measured before purchasing the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a counter-depth side by side refrigerator for our vacation apartment and I am so glad I did! Finally I can easily see and reach everything in the fridge and keep it neatly organized. The compartmentalized freezer is equally great. I wish I hadn't waited so long to make this purchase!!
