DO NOT BUY

Absolutely awful product. We have spent more money on repairs than the cost of the fridge. One night while we are fast asleep I wake up to the sound of water hitting our hardwood floor. I come downstairs to observe the water dispenser shooting out a non stop flow of water onto the ground. Had to cut the water supply. Imagine if this was during the day when we weren’t home? Floors would be ruined. This was one of many issues with this terrible product.

Big disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t be more disappointed. Always light frost on frozen items. Icemaker had to be replaced two years into ownership. Entire generator had to be replaced before year 5 is up.

Worn-out gaskets could allow for cold air to escape the door and would cause frost to build up in your freezer. Please check the gasket on the door and see if it is worn out, dirty, or compressed. If it's dirty or compressed, use warm or mild detergent and pull out any compressed part. If the gasket is worn out, you would have to replace it. I love the dual ice makers

I like the ice in the lower freezer. I find myself getting ice from the freezer and then water from the door that way I don't have to mess with the touch control.
our old LG freezer had 3 shelves. we miss that.
the crisper drawers should have the pull in the top.

Lemon fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A nice looking fridge with potential but compressor broke in first four years, we lost all of our food. LG replaced and did labor. But now we are year 6 and compressor broke again, we lost all of our food, and part is covered, not labor so we might as well buy a new fridge as this is a lemon.
