Terrible

One thing after the other broke on this refrigerator until it totally died after only 6 years. Repair companies have advised to stay clear of LG's. My LG microwaves handle has broken and my LG dishwasher also has broken down. I've learned my lesson. No more LGs!

Compressor failed

Product was great til the compressor went after a few years. Food went bad inside and now cant get the smell out. hesitant to buy another LG refrigerator

good service, parts not quite up to parr.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave 3 out of 5 stars because the service was good but the replacement parts (condenser) is not nearly as good as the original. barely gets cold enough in the freezer and barely cold enough to make ice.

Worst Refrigerator

I have had problems with this refrigerator from the beginning. Compressor went and I lost all food which cost me a lot. The freezer got rusty after compressor went bad and can’t pull out freezer draws.I used to love LG. I have tvs and Dryer made by LG. After this experience I will never buy LG again

Reliable and serves us well

We have owned our French door refrigerator for 10 years and like it because it does everything the brochure said it would do and does it quite well. We bought it when we moved into our new house, and the reason we bought it is because we had one just like it in our old house. It is reliable and does everything we want it to do. Thank you, LG!
