Love this fridge! Great option for counter depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for about three months now and am completely satisfied. Love the amount of space even with it being a counter depth fridge. Love the freezer with the multiple drawers. Only wish would be for bigger ice capacity.

Finger print free:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was definitely swayed by the finger print free feature of the dark color, and I'm very happy with it! With this being a counter depth, I was concerned about storage capacity particularly for produce. I am happily surprised by what a good use of space this fridge accomplishes, and am glad we spent more for icemaker in the door. Overall great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this counter-depth 3 door refrigerator-freezer over other non-LG models for its capacity. Item is quiet, efficient, fast freezing with simple touch door controls. When open, LED interior lights show all inventory at a glance and easy to reach. 3 test bottom freezer holds plenty of frozen items including large pizzas. In-door ice maker and water dispenser supplies all our family needs, plus an ice bin in the freezer for extra ice. A great buy for its looks, quiet running and spacious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a slightly earlier model of this in another house for 2.5 years. We liked it so much, we bought this one without hesitation. We keep wireless remote temperature monitors in the fridge and the freezer and they are always within a couple of degrees of the "set" temperature. (Except when the freezer is going through an automatic defrost cycle, of course.)
The only negative thing I would say about this fridge is the occasional random loud knock you get from it. Sounds like someone threw a rock up against the side of your house.
Our first version of it had an actual mechanical on/off switch in the ice maker. This version has an electronic switch you activate from the front panel. I like the mechanical switch better.

Great all around

Even had it returned and re-purchased same model and it, too, had problems. We decided to return it, as well, and go with the LG. Same style (French door) and very similar to the other brand. Have had absolutely NO problems with the LG and really like it. It holds a lot of food, no dripping from the water dispenser (one of the problems with the other brand), and maintains constant temperature (other problem.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our 24 cu.ft Ultra-Capacity 3 Door French Door Refrigerator as a replacement for another brand that was delivered d.o.a. two days before. We had instant comparisons between the two brands. LG is by far the better product, higher quality in craftsmanship of the exterior itself, easy to setup display, and more bins in the fridge as well as a third slide out drawer in the freezer. Unlike the other brand, the LG ice maker is not located on the top shelf of the fridge, taking up valuable space. The ice dispenser in the door is separate and below the water dispenser, preventing mistakes in pouring water into beverage cup when you wanted ice. We find this helpful when refilling a glass that still had beverage in it. Being the holiday season, the "family fridge" always gets packed fast and stays stuffed with food throughout the party season. The LG is fulfilling our needs. Glad we made the switch to turn a nightmare situation into an epic experience.
