Like it but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it about a week now and really like it so far but there are a couple things that would make me love it. 1st one is size of the ice cubes, they're ok but defiantly on the small side and melt quickly. I'd rather have it make ice at a slower rate and have normal size cubes. 2nd ,there is no leveling ability on the rear points of the fridge. So if your installation location is sloped to the rear like mine, to bad because you cant raise the rear to compensate even with the front adjusted as low as it goes. You'll have to shim up the rear to get it level , 3rd the light for the door mounted dispenser mainly lights up the lower ice dispenser portion and is not very useful when getting water from the upper water dispenser. You need to install a 2nd light for the water or re-position the one light so that its useful for both dispensers.

This unit started not keeping food cool in top compartment within the first year. Had fan replaced but still a dud...what next. So disappointing,.

Two years in, it died

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator in 2016, and in Januray 2019 it stopped cooling. Whatever the problems are, such a short lifespan on a product truly deserves the worst rating.

We bought this unit several years ago. It has given us good service, but it continually ices up in the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. You have to be carefull to frequently take out the ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our refrigerator 2 weeks ago and we are pleasantly surprised. It is spacious and easy to use. All of our previous refrigerators have been side by sides, so we never realized how practical french doors can be. Putting large items in is a breeze! The only disappointment is that the photos in the advertisements showed a small bin in the freezer door for ice cream cartons and frozen orange juice, but ours does not have the feature.
Since we’ve only had the unit 2 weeks, we can’t vouch for longevity, so we can’t give 5 stars. I’ll be back in a year or two to revisit this review and then I’ll be able to give a more in depth assessment. Until then, “so for, very good!”

Worst refrigerator EVER!

Still basically new and still under warranty (thank goodness) and has been fixed once already and now the ice maker and surrounding area keeps freezing up so will be getting fixed again. For what we paid I expect better! Don't buy this as it is nothing but trouble.

Very Poor Service

Bought this refrige in Jan 2016 with 5 yr extended warranty. It stopped working on April 6, 2019. Have had 5 service appointments with only one kept, others no-showed or cancelled. The one kept pronounced it DOA. That was a month ago. No communication from LG since last week with "we will attempt to find an other service/repair person. Won't buy LG again!
