We bought less than 3 years ago and had defrost problems every year until this year, the compressor had to finally get changed. Worst purchase ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple years back and after not even year The paint started peeling and now a couple years later it looks horrible most of it is peeled and here I am having to look up the fridge to see if the color is on here so I can buy a paint to try and fix it. Would not recommend.

Ice build up behind the veggie drawer shortly after we bought it. Unhappy with how it functions, repairs for the price tag. To top it off, many appliance repair guys refuse to come over the moment they hear its LG brand ( that tells you)

LG=Looks Good=Doesn't Last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am beyond shocked! I spent thousands on a fridge which failed only months after my purchase in 2015(new circuit board replaced). The compressor failed in 2020. As of Nov. 28, 2021, the compressor, condenser, fridge and freezer evaporator have all been replaced, but the fridge still does NOT work. As a real estate estate, I can NO longer recommend LG to my new homeowners. I would not wish this experience upon anyone. LG, Life's NOT Good without a fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator in fall 2017, since that time the ice maker stopped working and the compressor failed. We paid out of pocket to replace ice maker and LG paid to replace compressor which apparently was a known issue with this model. When fridge is working properly, it’s great.
