The refrigerator was delivered December 8th 2014 and installed at the same time. All the of features work as they were designed to. The unit runs very quietly and has very good distribution of the cold air. Their is plenty of space for beverages and gallon jugs. The vegetable draws could be larger ... two large drawers instead of three small drawers. Their is plenty of room in the freezer section as well. I haven't had any mechanical issues, so I would say that I am very pleased with this refrigerator.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Quality

Great fridge, lots of room!

I had to replace a 10 year old side by side. I decided to purchase a French door and then realized I really needed a counter depth fridge. All in all, this fridge met all my needs. When it was delivered, I was thrilled with the amount of space. In the fridge and even in the freezer.

This product met all my expectations and was surprised at the features I did not expect. The product was installed on Jan 15, 2015 without any problems. I was amazed at the amount of space in this counter depth model. When they advertise as ultra capacity, they use every inch of space especially when it comes to the ice maker. located in the door instead of using space inside the refrigerator. I am well pleased with this model and I would highly recommend it.

I love this refrigerator! It looks nice and has plenty of room. I was worried about space but so far we have plenty. The ice maker makes great ice and enough of it. The counter depth really gives me more room in my small kitchen. I am very pleased with our purchase. It is also very quiet. I didn't know how loud my other one was until I got this one!

This fridge replaces a larger one that took up too much space in our small kitchen. This counter- depth model is configured so we have almost the same useable space as our old fridge. The water/ice dispenser is well designed and works very well. The drawers for produce are small and somewhat challenging to store larger items. However, you can access one without opening both drawers. It is a bit difficult to remove finger prints from behind the handles as they taper in at the ends. Overall, this is a very good product and looks great in our newly renovated kitchen.

This refrigerator is smaller than my previous French door refrigerator, but I don't notice the difference because it is so well designed. Lots of flexibility in shelf arrangement. Well organized freezer compartments. Love the front door ice dispenser and open door alert. The only little "problem" I've noticed is I can't fit very long vegetables (like celery) in the crisper bins. I would have preferred two bins instead of three. Other than that, it's just about perfect.
