Neither of the following would have prevented my purchase, but are offered constructively — only one item requires improvement: when time to replace the fresh air filter it’s extremely difficult to twist off the cover plate/housing. That was true of all floor models when I returned to the dealer to see if I was missing something or doing something wrong. And, with a nod to some consumer complaints noted prior to purchase, the fresh water ‘reservoir’ does have limited capacity.

If this short time period is an indication of how well this refrigerator works over time, we'll be thrilled. We were concerned that maybe the ice maker wouldn't make enough ice, but that has not been a problem. The interior space seems more spacious than our previous counter depth refrigerator. The refrigerator is so quiet. We'd recommend this model for consideration to anybody looking for a new counter depth refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought seven months ago. I was reluctant to get LG since I had one ten years ago and we had problems with the dispenser. I have to say not only did they fix the problem they improved it. This refrigerator is very quiet. Hardly ever hear the ice drop even. Bright leds make everything visible. The counter depth is much larger than most. Looks great and performs great. I did a lot of investigating before this purchase and am very happy.

We have only one complaint so far: we have had in the fridge about four weeks so far, and the water coming out of the front-door dispenser still tastes like water from a garden hose, if you know what I mean. Although the garden-hose taste has slowly decreased, it is still there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took us a long time to find a modern refrigerator that would fit into our old fashioned fridge's space. Our new LG is beautiful both inside and out! There are so many options for shelf placement and lots of room on the doors. The best part is that the inside lighting makes it possible to see everything at a glance. Both the fridge and the freezer are extremely organized making a place for each item instead of just piling things on top of each other.
