This thing works like a charm. I bring it with me wherever I go. When fools start static, I put on the Dynex Anti-Static wristband, attach it to the nearest metal object, and it squashes any static from any sucka within 10 yards.
It also works excellently for computer repair.

Durable antistatic wristband

Comes with a metal plate inside the wristband that creates contact between you and the alligator clip that is supposed to be clipped to a grounded surface.
What's great about it: Ease of setup, okay price
What's not so great: Velcro wristband instead of rubber, short grounding wire.
