I bought thi product few months ago, l can say that it's silent and looks nice but unfortunately doesn't wash and rinses very well. My old dishwasher, compared the new one, was much much cheaper and noisemaker but it did a great job

Disappointing

I bought this dishwasher back in February and have had nothing but trouble with it. The dishes never get clean. I typically have half or more of the load that has to be rewashed and sometimes all of it. I typically end up hand washing a lot of the dishes instead. We pre-clean, use the hottest water possible, have tried multiple brands and types of detergents. I hate this machine and would not recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy frustration and dirty dishes.

I like the quietness of this machine. However, after having it only five months, half the function screen went black, and about three days later the machine would not fill up with water! Not good for a virtually new product.

Attractive dishwasher.

After 6 months I still haven't figured out the best way to load some items, cereal bowls don't seem to fit well on top shelf Bought the Cascade packets and when they are gone I will go back to the powder; there is generally some of the plastic packet left in the detergent dispenser after washing. The rinse aid dispenser seems awkward to fill, as on previous dishwashers of all brands I have had, & I generally end up having to wipe it up around the dispenser. This model also seems to run out of rinse aid quickly.
