VERY QUIET and CLEANS well

Tough to install for us; a few items had residue, specks on that I had to pop off; but overall very satisfied with it. Sometimes does not want to "close" / "latch" and have to rearrange top shelf to ensure closure. Absolutely LOVE how quiet it is -- you don't even know when it's "washing".
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dishwasher does a very good job of cleaning and is so quiet I often put my ear closer to make sure it is in operation!

My first GE dishwasher lasted 26 years. So I bought another when the old one finally needed repairs. I love the GE Profile slate dishwasher. It is so pretty and quiet. I love the hidden display and lack of visible buttons. Little hands from Grandchildren have no buttons to push! This is a good thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not even close to as good as it should be

I bought this dishwasher in May 2016 and have been unhappy with it ever since it was installed. Should have returned it. It doesn't load well, doesn't clean well, and takes forever to do it. We could probably load 25% more dishes in our old Whirlpool (which had it's own long list off failures). The silverware basket is in 3 sections, which is nice. However, when you connect them, they easily disconnect from each other, thus dumping 2/3 of your formerly clean silverware all over your kitchen floor. The top trim part that surrounds the buttons broke off after 3 months. Just now registering the DW now so I can finally submit it for repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

always smells

Very quiet operation, easy to use but is ALWAYS smelly (starts usually a day or so after use). Have tried cleaners and rinsing dishes (which isn't the reason to buy a dishwasher so you don't have to rinse?!?!?)

Already broken

Less then a year and is already broken. Doesn't dry the plates.
It's nice and super silent but already broken can't give a full good review. We spent almost 10K in appliances of GE Profile and 2 of them are already broken in less then a year. And we haven't got the wall oven problem even resolved yet!

Great dishwasher

We bought this dishwasher several weeks ago to replace an old one.
It does a great job and its very quiet. The blue light on the floor is a nice finishing touch.
