Looks Great... Poor Performance

Washes dishes "OK" but absolutely terrible at drying!. Avoid this product, unless you like to hand dry all your dishes after each wash cycle

Washer does not clean but runs for 3+ hours as if it is cleaning. Need to call dealership to see how they handle this lemon!

I bought this based on feedback on other GE appliances bought by family members (ovens) and some feedback on repair issues with Korean appliances.
Bad choice, what an over priced under whelming machine. Cleans good but I expect that, it's a dishwasher,, but no matter what you do the dishes come out soaking wet, dry cycle, more like throw energy away to get just a little less soaking wet dishes cycle.
Of course being a constant state of wet we have to leave the door open so it doesn't smell like a moldy wet tampon. Last great failing, what guy at GE designed the dish racks? Have you spent any time in a kitchen or around dishes? NO, worst racks since the cave man gave up on machine washing dishes, good god.
Having young kids and no way to lock the door closed has presented a whole new game of what we call rip the door off the hinges. This machine should be marketed towards old people that dirty 2 cups and 2 plates a day and make it their days mission to "run the washer".
One thing I'll give it, it's quite. Not sure that's worth the expense though for all it's other short comings

Does not clean well!

I am disappointed in the dishwasher for two reasons. It does not clean well, dishes must be thoroughly clean before putting them in the dishwasher. Also, it does not have a true drying cycle, despite having a "power dry" button. very disappointed.

Dishwasher did not clean the dishes and it smell. Call the company. Start using the pre soak setting. Working better now.

For the cost, not worth it

I bought this dishwasher a few months back and honestly, for the cost, it is not all that great. It will not use regular dishwasher liquid and only washes well with the most expensive cascade packs. It takes hours to complete a load and half the time the dishes are not dry or have food particles and spots. I prewash the dishes too so its an annoying machine. Ive had cheaper and simpler models that wash better then this one does. It also it nearly impossible to keep the front clean, it shows spots like crazy. I will say though that it is a super quiet machine.
