Only problem is that the door closing to start the wash process is difficult a
nd sometimes it takes 2 to 3 times to close it.

I've had good luck with GE products. I've had washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers and only had one problem out of all of that, which I fixed myself. This dishwasher seems to be well built, the drawers glide easily, it's extremely quiet, the controls are easy to use without reading the instructions. The only thing I don't like is the internal arrangement. I cannot get as many dishes in this washer as my old one. Also, I used to be able to stand large knives in the silverware basket in my old washer, but I can't do that with this one. I guess I will have to learn how to arrange this washer more effectively. Otherwise, built quality is very good. Hopefully I'll get at least 10 years out of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this dishwasher now for almost a year and am still loving it!! It has so many great features and most of all it is 10 times more quiet than my last one!! You can hardly even tell that it is on!! Love it!!

Looks great, easy to use, however sometimes dishes are went after the cycles are finished, so I run it again. After second time around the dishes are dry.
