Very quiet

I remodeled my 99 yr old kitchen fall 2014 and purchased all GE Appliances of which I am happy. I have been pleased with how quiet this dishwasher is when it is running. I can start it with company in the kitchen and no one notices that it is on. However, the most important thing is the dishes are clean and most of the time I don't even rinse them off. Thirdly, it is easy to load and holds a lot of dishes!

Controls are not completly intuitive- you need to read the handbook ...but happy w quality of cleaning and the lack of noise

After lots of investigation regarding which appliances to put into our newly contructed home, we just installed sall GE appliances. The first time we put this dishwasher on, I had to put my ear to the door just to see if it was working. So quiet, and does and excellent job. Choice of zone, choice of wash cycles, choice of temp, adjustable racks. We are so happy with our choice.

This dishwasher at 42db is so quiet it doesn't sound like its running. its easy to load and the adjustable top shelf is also easy to use. Only ran it three times so far but very happy!!
