[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only a couple of weeks, I KNOW this is the best dishwasher I've ever had.
The design is sleek...no knobs, dials or handles are seen. The settings are easy to choose and use. Everything that goes in comes out clean ad sparkling. The first time I used it, I called each member of my family into the kitchen and whispered, "Do you hear that?". No one heard anything. They were amazed when I told them that the new dishwasher was running. The only thing missing is a setting for "DOG"...

Outstanding Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher to replace another Bosch that did not completely live up to expectations. It was very easy to install and even came with a water supply hose already attached. The only unexpected issue during installation was that the house wiring connects to a separate junction box with a cord that runs to the dishwasher vice directly to the front of the dishwasher. This necessitated cutting another hole in the cabinet to allow the house wiring to pass through to the junction box and the cord from the junction box to pass back to the dishwasher. So far, the dishwasher has surpassed expectations. Consumer Reports rated the noise level as "very good", but the only time you can hear the dishwater is when it pumps water out; I don't know how it could be quieter. Also, having the controls on top of the door and not visible is a plus. It cleans very well and having the 3rd rack for silverware frees up space on the lower rack. I also like the multiple cycle choices that are available. All and all, a good value.

Silence is golden!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nearly silent we bought one after using s similar Bosch at a vacation home. The racks are roomy and plenty of silverware space. We had someone install it for us and he said it's a great design. We are very happy with the wash and dry results. Glasses are spotless.

Super Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After doing online research, I decided on this Bosch model. The quiet ratings were accurate. You can't even tell it is running except for the red light on the floor. Love that! My only disappointment is the fact that water sits in the drain. I've taken to removing the filter between cycles to keep it from getting moldy. I also keep the door ajar often so that the inside can air out. It cleans the dishes well, and I like the third rack for flatware. Dishes are dry, even w/o a heating element, and I do not need to use a rinse aid.

A few complaints buy overall does a good job

The machine is not very intuitive but does a good job getting the dishes clean. I didn't understand that the door had to remain open while selecting the cycle and pressing the start button before shutting the door in order for the machine to start. The owners manual also did not explain this. It took me several minutes just to figure out how to get it started. Also, the spinning wand on the top rack was not correctly installed. Everytime I opened the door when the cycle had ended the wand would be lying on top of the dishes on the bottom rack. Again, the manual did not show how the arm should be attached and I am not mechanically inclined so I tried to fix the wand but it continued to fall because it needed to be clipped onto the actual top rack. Thankfully my s.o. is good at understanding how devices fit together and we were able to resolve the problem. It was frustrating for me those first several washes though. I'm also having to play with fitting dishes in there. It doesn't seem to fit as many as my last machine but perhaps I just have to get used to a different design. The manual does have a chart that shows how to arrange the dishes but I find it is an odd design and that I'm not able to fit many dishes. The hidden drawer rack on top is great, however. It can hold those long spoons and sharp knives which either are too long or dangerous for my toddler to get a hold of. Now that I understand how the machine works I am feeling more positive about it. The dishes are also much cleaner now that the wand is in place and functioning. The machine does make quite a bit of noise when the cycle drain. I like to run the dishwasher at night but it constantly wakes me and my s.o. so that's a bummer.

Adaptable Energy Saver

After 52 years of dishwashers, I know their problems. My only problems have been with the manual in that in covering
so many models, the statements sometimes are contradictory. I
will contact Bosch about this point because I can tell they listen
to customers.

Quiet, great cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just ran for the first time and pleased to have purchased this dishwasher. It cleaned everything well, and only a few plastic items not dried completely. It is very quiet. I like the 3rd rack for kitchen utensils. Also like the use of small amount of dishwasher soap necessary to clean. Our state is in severe drought, so using less water is a priority. My last dishwasher lasted over 25 years. Looking forward to the same with my new Bosch.

Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch Dishwasher is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. I is very quiet. So quiet that the first time I ran it, I shut the volume off on my TV to make sure it was running. I saw the light on but still was not sure it was running. The features are excellent. The instructions are very easy to follow. I highly recommend the Bosch dishwasher and I will recommend it to all my family and friends looking to buy a new dishwasher.
