[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had a Bosch dishwasher for the past 15 years and no service issues or break downs. It only made sense to get another one for a replacement for our kitchen remodel. My wife and I also have a Bosch washer and dryer. Again no service or repair issues and they are 10 + years old. Still working like the day we got them.

Quiet and spacious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having to make an emergency purchase, we are so glad that all reviews pointed to this dishwasher. It's layout is superb for maximizing the amount of dishes we go through in one day. The third tray is one of my favorite features: there is finally a place for spatulas, over-sized serving utensils, and other odds and ends that never fit anywhere before. I am tempted to take the silverware tray out, and just use this! Scraping dishes only results in minor food redeposits, but it's necessary to not rinse so that the machine works correctly. I am happy for the amount of time that is saved from pre-rinsing; but when reading the instruction manual, there is a rinse setting you can use if you aren't going to wash the dishes immediately, but would like them rinsed. This sounds like a great feature!

Super quiet and a great cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher based on reviews we read online and wow is it great! It was extremely easy to self-install (I am handy with electricity and plumbing, so if you are unfamiliar with any of those two trades, pay the $$ and have it installed professionally) It took me 1.5 hours, so a plumber/electrician shouldn't charge you more than an hours worth of work. We tried it out the first day and we couldn't believe how quiet it was. Our daughter is so used to our old dishwasher (sounded like a blender) that she needs to use the InfoLight to keep herself from adding things while its running because it is so quiet. We also love the 3rd rack for tongs and other awkwardly shaped utensils. All in all we have no complaints and probably never will. We are so happy with this purchase and will definitely buy another Bosch product.

Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this purchase. The machine is handsome, quiet, and washes dishes very well. Only complaint is with drying performance. I use rinse agent and the sanitize option as recommended, but it's still lacking. I'm not knocking down my rating, though, as I understand that this is a common complaint with nearly all modern dishwashers. I do wish that Bosch sold its higher end machines in white--I would have been willing to pay more for a Benchmark series machine, but they don't come in white.
