I am happy with the sparkling dishes, quiet operation, and third rack. I am very disappointed with the bottom rack. All prongs are slanted for plates only. Normal people have many different types of dishes, and arranging the dishwasher for only plates is wasted space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Piece of JUNK

I have owned this product for just over two years and run a load of dishes once or twice a week. The positive aspects are that it is truly quiet, and cleans the dishes well. The negative far outweighs the positive, however. As other reviewers mention, it does not dry well and I have to leave the door open afterwards to air dry. Also, it often smells foul for no apparent reason. Lastly, and most important, it now stops part way through all cycles, (normal, express, rinse only), and beeps. I now face a costly repair after only two years with light usage. So much for European quality! Stay away.

Super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about a year ago to replace a 26 year old dishwasher that finally quit. What a difference. This one is super quiet, does a great job on all the dishes from pots and pans to plastics. Didn’t think I would use the third shelf, but it has turned out to be very handy for things like whisks, spatulas and other utensils. My only improvement would be to make the bottom spires adjustable. For some things they are just too close together, so if I could fold down half of them, things would fit much better.

Soooooo Quiet !!!!

The dishwasher is soooo quiet I actually have to put my ear to it to make sure it's running !!!! I have never had a dishwasher this quiet ! Oh by the way ...it also cleans great !!

Super quiet and great job cleaning dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Bosch dishwasher 3 years ago and loved it. It is super quiet and the dishes are sparkling clean. I love the 3rd rack for utensils. My last dishwasher leaked under the cabinets and we didn’t realize it until it was too late and we had to replace the entire kitchen. Bosch has a feature that it will not run if there is a leak. I sold my house and the new owners are as happy with the dishwasher as I was. I immediately went out and bought another Bosch for my new home.

Good quiet dishwasher

I have this SHP65T55UC dishwasher for almost a year now. It has performed quite well. It's easy to operation and machine runs quietly. The top 3rd rack is a nice feature
The one negative is that the middle "cups" rack seems to be just a little bit too deep in that dimension. When the door is closed, it scrapes against the front pocket metallic "Bosch" name plate of the cup rack. And after so many uses, a light mark is formed on the door where it rubs against the middle rack. See attached photo.

Ok performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this on clearance as we were looking to get a dishwasher with a third shelf and thought we would try Bosch. It seems to get the dishes clean but has no dry feature and a cycle is almost 3 hours. The major downfall is the odor that seems to be constant. We rinse our dishes before placing them in, and regularly run cleaner through it hoping to reduce the odor but it does not matter. I would have just replaced it but cannot accept just throwing away all the money we spent on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this over a year ago, a friend told me about Bosch dishwashers being so quiet, so i tried one, wow i will not buy anything else, there is lot of room, cleans well, the third is handy and the most amazing point is that it is sooo quiet!!
