Love, love, love my Bosch Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an open floor plan and it is so nice to sit in the living room and not realize that the dishwasher is even running. It is so quiet and does a fabulous job in cleaning the dishes. If I ever need to purchase another dishwasher, it will be a BOSCH.

Replaced Outer Door - Quiet and Dependable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first Bosch Dishwasher. I found it to be extremely quiet. Also, it does a great job at cleaning the dishes. I changed the outer door to stainless steel. Very easy change. Great assistance to order the outer door from the customer support team.

Love this dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a dishwasher STAT, and luckily this one was in stock at teh time. I am so glad I got the cutlery tray option. At first I wondered why I bothered, but I quickly found that it gave me so much more room on the bottom rack because I was able to remove the cutlery basket. I never use it, and I love teh extra space to fill in dishes. It has run reliably and I like its notifications when teh dry aid is empty, for example. I like the variety of cycles, though I admit I almost always use the Automatic. The machine is super quiet, and the filter is easy to clean. I am glad the salesperson told me about the filter - I had never had one in a dishwasher up to that point. The Express cycle is great when I am in a big hurry. I've been so happy with this purchase - it is going to be five years old in August and I hope it lasts for 15+ years!

Not a dish in the house that it won't clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Bosch Dishwasher in 2014. We had heard the performance of Bosch dishwashers was good - but we did not know how good! From that moment on (8-years now), I don't believe we have been disappointed even once that it did not clean EVERYTHING in each load. The only item that has needed replacement is one of the nylon ropes that assist the door in closing. In today's modern world, you definitely get what you pay for. The Bosch products may be more expensive upfront, but due to their length of service, they are less expensive than competitive models as the years pass by.

Leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting an E15 error code, I looked under the dishwasher and saw that the diverter assembly was leaking. I purchased a replacement and installed the diverter assembly. Turned it on and no leaking from the assembly. However, I didn't notice that there was also water coming from the back of the dishwasher that runs down the channel under the drain hose and flows towards the styrofoam disk in the center. I cannot discover where this leak is coming from as it's not the drain hose (no leaks) and it's not the incoming hose and nothing is visibly dripping from anywhere. Since it's along the back of the interior base of the dishwasher, it must be coming from a leak in the seal of the inside back of the dishwasher. That part is not replaceable--it appears to be a manufacturing defect as others have had the same problem. Bosch should be aware of this defect so that it doesn't happen in other models. I will not purchase a Bosch again if this cannot be fixed. Very disappointed. The dishwasher is only 6 years old and already dead :(
