Excellent, except for 1 thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Bosch dishwasher. The first one was great. The second one, at even a higher model, has the light at the bottom where it looks like it's bleeding all over the floor. Had repair come out, tried to fix it and the light would go off/on. I got it exchanged and this new one does the same thing. I'm not sure why but it's really ugly. Other than that, the dishwasher is great. For paying such a large amount of money, this appliance should not be doing this in my opinion.

Exellent cleaning results; VERY QUIET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved and renovated an older kitchen. Installed this dishwasher and love how quiet it is. Don't even know that it is running. Love the unique utensil holders. I have always enjoyed my Bosch dishwashers!

Disappointed

I bought this a month ago and am not very satisfied. I was forced to mail in my registration because the online system was not accepting my attempts at registering. In addition, all my medium glasses turned grey despite soft water and detergent that worked fine with my old dishwasher. I even had trouble getting here because my model number had /09 on the end and this site would not recognize it as a current model. How would anyone know to drop the end numbers?

Quiet and Cleans Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our Bosch not quite a month ago after cursing our last dishwasher from another manufacturer. What did we want? We wanted one that not only cleaned our dishes, but was quiet and easy to use. Bingo. We also like the little extra touches, like the small red light shining onto the floor to show you it's in operation. Overall, very pleased so far.

Doesn't clean without pre-rinsing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for 2 1/2 years now, and I keep hoping it will somehow get better, but it hasn't. My rating may seem unfair because it has great features such as quiet operation and loading comfort, but my primary purpose for a dishwasher is its cleaning capacity. I've had a Bosch dishwasher in the past and it was remarkable, which is why I opted for this one. Unfortunately, all models are apparently not created equal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this based on reviews. Glasses come out spotted & the dishes are dirty. We have had service techs out three times. First, they said it was the wrong detergent. (I was storing Finish tablets in a Cascade box.) I use the recommended finishing agent and load the machine according to the instructions. If I don't pre-wash the dishes, they don't get clean.Another tech said the dishes were too clean going in. It shouldn't matter what detergent I use or how clean or dirty the dishes are. Incredibly disappointed.

QUIET!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so quiet that it can barely be heard at all! The dishes are sparkling and the three racks hold so much more than our previous dishwasher. The middle rack is adjustable by height for unusually tall items. We are very impressed and pleased with our purchase and choice of a Bosch dishwasher.
